To use 26 app's services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 26 app may request identity verification from you at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for verification. Some services may be restricted and pending transactions may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and any pending transactions may be cancelled. We handle your personal information with the utmost confidentiality and it is not shared with third parties.

2. Platform Usage Rules

The 26 app platform may only be used for personal and entertainment purposes, and use of the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. 3. Payment & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on 26 app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. When making a deposit, you must ensure that you are using a payment method registered in your own name; transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and additional verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount. In the event of a technical error or incorrect transaction, 26 app reserves the right to correct or cancel the relevant amount. All transactions are conducted through secure encrypted channels and your financial information is stored with the highest level of protection.

Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Transaction requests outside the set limits will be automatically rejected and the relevant amount will be returned. Processing times may increase for multiple withdrawal requests on the same day, and additional verification may be required.
